THE BLACK CARPET (VIP) ALL NIGHT– mínimum spend pp €200 (€100 deposit)
The Black Carpet is the VIP area and it is developed around the stage area for a more immersive experience with the show,
The Bistro area is located by our bar area.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm the reservation, an email will be sent to the client with a link in which they must enter their card details to make a deposit of €50/€100 per person
which will be discounted to pay for dinner.
We will release the table after 15 minutes should you not arrive on time
If you cancel less than 48 hours you have the opportunity to reschedule your reservation within the same season (upon availability)
Deposits are non-refundable.
GROUP’S BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings up to 12 people are a «La carte» unless differently requested and coordinated with our reservations team.
In order to give the best service, our policy is to offer set menus to groups larger than 12 people.
We consider as “Big Group” starting from 13 people (up to 25) , offering a set menu made for them:
Silver Menu €129 – Gold Menu €149 – Platinum Menu €179 (prices per person)
We will release the table after 15 minutes should you not arrive on time
To confirm the reservation of group, an e-mail will be sent with a link in which they must enter their card details
to make a deposit of 50% of the value of the menu.
DRESS CODE
Smart Casual Dress code is required.
Open shoes, no swimming/sport shorts, tank tops are not allowed for gentlemen. (Exception is made for male smart & chino shorts)
GROUP’S CANCELLATION POLICY
Less than 12 people: Cancellations 48 hours in advance will be offered a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations with less than 48hrs and 24 hrs in advance will be given the opportunity to reschedule the booking within the same year
(during venue operation period) utilizing the agreed deposit payment (Subjet to availavility).
However, deposits are not refundable after this period under any circumstances including situations and events out of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for flight cancellations.
Above 13 people: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled will receive a full refund,
while cancellations made within less than 7 days will forfeit the entire deposit.
Bookings that have selected the 2 hour seating duration that wishes to extend their seating time after the 2h are subject to availability, the guests will be able to turn their dinner table into a club table with a new minimum spend depending on the chosen area and number of guests.
To avoid disappointments due to limited availability on the night we always suggest to share the request with our reservation team prior the day of the booking.
No show or cancellations 24hrs prior the day of the booking will be charged the full amount per person of the selected area/min spend/package booked.
GENERAL INFO
In case you want to come with under 18 years old you must inform us in advance,
there will be only the 08.00/08.30 pm shift available in the «Bistro Area» and you are due to leave before midnight the restaurant.
